Refund policy

In accordance with Australian Competition & Consumer Commission, Suncoast Pressure Cleaners does not provide returns, refunds or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • problem/s with the product caused by the consumer misusing it
  • products with problem/s where the customer was made aware of the problem with the product prior to purchase

Suncoast Pressure Cleaners does provide refunds or exchanges for products with a major problem, or a product that later develops a major problem.

A major problem means the product:

  • is unsafe
  • is very different from the description or sample
  • has either one serious problem or several smaller problems that would stop someone buying the product if they knew about them beforehand
  • can’t be used for its normal purpose, or another purpose the consumer told the seller about before they bought it, and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
